At the invitation of the Conservatoire à Rayonnement Départemental du Calaisis (CRD)’s electroacoustic creation class, the Belgian Federation of Electroacoustic Music presents a concert featuring a selection of music by various composers.
Recognised as a professional federation, FeBeME-BeFEM has been in existence since 1993. It brings together dozens of composers and musicians active in all regions of Belgium.
The pieces are spatialised by the class teacher, Bruno Abt, and his guests, Roald Baudoux and Todor Todoroff, on acousmonium (speaker orchestra). In addition to acousmatic music, the programme also includes electroacoustic improvisation.
A question and answer session between the audience and the musicians will be offered at the end of the concert.
