Sophie Delafontaine

Biography Sophie Delafontaine was born in Switzerland in 1988 and began her musical training on the piano. She specialised in jazz at the Jazzschule Basel and at the Ejma (Ecole de jazz et musique actuelle) in Lausanne. At the same time, she composed for dance. In 2009, she began studying acousmatic composition at the Conservatoire Royal de Mons (Belgium), with Annette Vande Gorne, Philippe Mion, Ingrid Drese and others. Dimitri Coppe

Biography Dimitri Coppe is a composer of electroacoustic music. He also practices improvisation and works with dance, film and radio. His projects are based on the spatialisation of sound, so he doesn’t make records and favours the concert, i.e. meeting the public, collective listening, live performance and site-specific installation. He develops his own concert set-up, which is more expressive and poetic than linear and faithful.
